Description
I had seen a picture of a similar chess set figures in a book about
chess figures, so
i decided to build my own using commonly found 8mm nuts, bolt
and
other
metallic hardware pieces, some glue (to fix parts to base, which is a 14mm
nut).
If I had a welding machine, one or two welding points would have done a
better job than the glue. Putting the pieces together was fast, it took
maybe half an hour, most time was spent (+-2 hours) at the hardware
store looking for the right pieces.
