Sales, customers, jobs and invoicing, adapted to the métier. Installed on the company’s own machines.
ctHermes is our ERP and CRM line. The customer record holds quotes, orders, invoices, stock, jobs and contracts. We adapt it per company rather than selling a generic package.
The office and the field share the same file: jobs, interventions, technicians. Payments and reminders stay with the invoice.
It runs on a local SQL server on the site. Invoices can be exported for the major local accounting packages and ctCompta, and can be sent as e-invoices via PEPPOL. Updates go through the built-in module.

The record holds the contact, the work in progress and the invoices.
Quote to invoice
Offers, orders and invoices stay on the same file, on the company’s hardware.
Into the books
ctHermes can export to ctCompta and to the major local accounting packages, without sending the books off site.
