ctNotaire
The working file of a Luxembourg notary office: dossiers, deeds, people, companies and property, and the document archive. On the office’s own machines.
ctNotaire is built for études, not as a generic “legal” product. A dossier holds the deed, the people and companies, the property, and the archive.
Documents, scans and mail are archived with the file, semi-automatically, with fast access. Deeds and documents are produced from the office’s own LibreOffice models. French and German.
It runs on a local SQL server in the office. Invoices can be exported for the major local accounting packages and ctCompta, and can be sent as e-invoices via PEPPOL. We maintain it with the offices that run it.
